Access and Use Information Anyway You Want

TRAXOR’s Relate it! lets you manage and use information the same way you think about it.

Traditional systems see customers and suppliers as different and so they get stored in different buckets. But organizations are not intrinsically customers, suppliers or competitors any more than people are intrinsically contacts, employees or business partners. Those expressions simply define your relationship(s) with them, which is how TRAXOR lets you see things.

And of course relationships are fluid; a person may be an employee of a company one day and it's customer the next. Instead of deleting and re-entering data to reflect those changes, with TRAXOR you only enter data (e.g. an organization or person) once and then simply Relate it! (or unrelate it) as required to reflect the current reality.

For example, if ABC Ltd is both a customer and a competitor, enter it once into TRAXOR and then Relate it! as a Customer of and as a Competitor of  your organization. If your relationship with ABC changes, simply add or remove the relevant Relationships with a few mouse clicks. There's no need to delete and/or re-enter ABC.

Two-way Relationships

Context-sensitive relationships are a much more effective way of putting things into context than say adding notes or comments in records or using 'dumb' (no context) links. Relating two people as friend of or advisor to or reports to etc is far more meaningful than simple links that provide no context.

As Relationships are two-way, relating Mary as the owner of her house, automatically relates the house back to Mary. Automatic back-linking is a unique feature of TRAXOR relationships.

No Data Duplication

Relating information means no duplication, saving time and the risk of conflicting and confusing data. Any two objects may be related by any number of Relationships.

If an organization is your Customer and then becomes a Supplier as well, simply add the same Relationship again, but the other way around and eliminate the tedium of duplicating information in separate Customer and Supplier Records. Similarly if the organization becomes a competitor, partner or distributor, then simply add those relationships at the time.

Flexible, Fast and Friendly

Define the types of Relationships that suit your business. Asset (Home) ownership  would for example be appropriate if you are in Real Estate. Creating new types of relationships takes only seconds and applying them to Objects is a matter of a few mouse clicks.

To indicate that a person owns an asset, 'view' the person in TRAXOR (or the asset), select the owns relationship and perform a 'quick find' to locate the asset. The person will then be related to the asset and the asset related back to the person as owned by.
