Taking Access and Use of Information to a Totally New Level
Business Systems are typically designed to handle transactions with data organized for processing (rather than processing arranged to suit information management). Data often has to be duplicated to suit different processes, which results in "Islands" of Information.
However, when it comes to Relationship Management, you need a total picture. Ready access to everything about something is virtually impossible when information is distributed and duplicated in many different places.
THE TRAXOR DIFFERENCE
TRAXOR was designed from the ground up as a Relationship Management system to overcome the shortcomings of traditional CRM. It uses a revolutionary new systems architecture that links information with two-way, context-sensitive Relationships instead of "compartmentalizing" it. Here's a simple example that illustrates how that works.
Jack Jones is CEO of ABC Co, which is both a Customer and Supplier to your Company. He is also a Director of his family company (Jones Co).
Each Company/Person occurs
once only ...three Objects, three Records
Each is related via meaningful two-way
Relationships to anything it is associated with.
No duplication means greater accuracy and
much less maintenance. |
 |
TRAXOR's exclusive Relate! functionality works in a similar way to cross-referencing, but it is much more powerful as Relationships provide real context and meaning.
TRADITIONAL SYSTEMS
Compare TRAXOR's approach with that of traditional systems, which need separate Records to provide context. For example, ABC Co appears twice and Jack Jones appears three times.
There's six Records for only three Objects. Five Records contain duplicated information.
As Information is isolated in "islands", it is difficult or impossible to access from other Objects or Processes.
Imagine if Jack Jones was an "Influencer" in a Sales Opportunity at ABC; you would probably (if you could) link Jack Jones "CEO" to the Opportunity. But how would anyone that dealt with Jack Jones in his other roles ever get to know about that? |

TRAXOR BENEFITS
TRAXOR let's you see things the way they really are. The fact that a Person is a Contact for Organization A and/or B is not intrinsic- it’s simply a particular relationship that exists at the time. Relationships change, but People don't. Having multiple Records for the same thing e.g. a Person, is effectively treating him/her as different People; that simply isn't reality.
