Access and Use Information Anyway You Want
TRAXOR’s Relate! functionality introduces new levels of flexibility and ease of use that lets you manage information the same way you think about it.
There is nothing intrinsic about People that makes them contacts, employees or business partners, it is simply a matter of your relationship with them at the time. For example, you may be an employee of a company one day and it's customer the next. That is how Traxor lets you see things.
If ABC Ltd is both a Customer and a Competitor of yours, instead of entering it twice, you enter it once into TRAXOR and then relate it to you in those contexts e.g. as a Customer of and as a Competitor of (your organization). If your relationship with ABC changes, you simply add or remove the relevant Relationships with a few mouse clicks, there is no data entry or deletion.
Relating items of information avoids having to duplicate them, saving time and the occurrence of conflicting data. Relationships also put information into contexts that make it far more useful.
RELATED INFORMATION
TRAXOR Relationships let you immediately see the connection between, or relevance of, "Objects" to each other. And as Relationships are two-way, relating Object A to B, automatically relates B back to A.
The examples show how Influencers might be related to Sales Opportunities, and Organizations to the Products they own. |

Eliminate Data Duplication
Two Objects may be related by any number of Relationships. For example, if an organization is your Customer and then becomes a Supplier as well, you simply add the same Relationship again, but the other way around. This saves the tedium of duplicating information in separate Customer and Supplier Records.

Flexible, Fast and Friendly
Relating Objects is simply a matter of a few mouse clicks. In this example, the Opportunity is "viewed" and the Relationship that depicts how it sees the Organization (as a Competitor) is selected. Traxor then automatically applies the opposite end of the Relationship to the Organization to show it is a Competitor in the Opportunity.

DEFINE YOUR OWN TYPES OF RELATIONSHIPS
Many Relationship Types are standard in TRAXOR and of course you can create your own to reflect your particular business needs. In traditional systems a new data relationship usually means hours/days of programming…with TRAXOR it takes seconds and there's no programming!
